PHB Announces Merger and Adds a New Partner

Patterson Hardee & Ballentine CPAs (PHB) is pleased to announce that Stephen Nestor, CPA, of Franklin, Tennessee, owner of Nestor CPA Services in Westhaven, and his staff are merging with PHB. With this acquisition, effective immediately, Patterson Hardee & Ballentine will further broaden its growing list of clients.

The merged firms will be located at the current PHB offices in Cool Springs and keep the firm name of Patterson, Hardee & Ballentine P.C. Adding the Nestor staff to the PHB team will be a benefit to all of the clients, making PHB even more equipped to provide timely, high quality services.

We are also happy to announce the promotion of Kerry Garner, CPA, as Partner. Kerry will continue his focus on individual and business taxes in his new role. Kerry joined PHB in 2016 as Senior Tax Director after serving 10 years as the Tax Partner at Crowell & Crowell, PLLC. He has more than 31 years of experience in tax and accounting services with particular expertise in financial institution taxation, small to medium-sized business accounting, financial statement presentation and tax compliance, as well as individual taxation.
